Previously, Darin was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Development of CBS Interactive, the largest publisher of premium digital content and a perennial top 10 internet company.
Bassin joined CBS in 2006 as Vice President, Senior Counsel, Strategic Transactions. Prior to CBS, he worked at Shearman & Sterling LLP in Manhattan. Bassin earned his L.L.B. and MBA from the University of British Columbia at Vancouver, Canada, and his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University at Kingston, Canada.
He lives in San Francisco with his wife and their two children.
